Iphone Apps

Post by Teaos »

I know the kennedys both use iPhones and i'm sure I have read others mention them as well.

I was wondering what apps you find fun or useful on your phones?

Most of the apps I have are recommended by others as the top 10 lists in iTunes tend to be full of crap.

The ones I get the most use out of are news apps (depends on what you follow) Starwalk an astronomy app, a couple of gamess to pass the time on public transport and a learn and translate languages app.

Anything else you have stumbled across?
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I've heard that there's an app that allows you to make phone calls, as well.

Yes, but you don't have to download that from the App Store. Didn't see much point in mentioning it. *<:*)X

I use Buzz Feed, it's a news app, has breaking news and some offbeat news as well.

If you're going to be in NYC two really good apps are HopStop and CityTransit, CityTransit is a paid app but it is great if you are going around on the subway, gives you all the lines and the stops etc. Hopstop gives you directions and you can customize it for car, public transportation or walking.

My favorite game is Spider Solitaire

And then Buffy staked Edward. The End.

Google Sky Map is pretty cool, as is Google Goggles. I have both on my Android phone.
