Google Chrome Youtube

So, I've been messing around with Google Chrome for a while, and now Youtube doesn't let video's play on the site itself, if it's linked elsewhere it works, but on Youtube site itself, it doesn't work. The first video I looked at that didn't work was in the Youtube video topic, it was this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtceNBs1h68&NR=1. From then I uninstalled Chrome, then completely cleaned out anything that was related to Chrome. Then reinstalled it, it still doesn't work, and I have tried everything.

So I figured that I would come here and see if any of you have any ideas about it.
