IIRC, Even Mr. S concurred this was an awful chunk of story. Something along the lines of wanting to meet each fan personally and apologize for such a terrible episode. They can't all be winners (Like Firefly?)

I'd have completely ditched the zarg crap and focused on Delenn taking control of the Rangers.

Perhaps if they would have used Grey 17 in a later episode as sort of secret meeting place in plain sight kind of thing... I like the premise of the 'secret level', but what JMS did with it... oh boy... And I like when Garibaldi gets his teeth into a mystery, just not THIS mystery...
