omg just watched Episode 3x10: Severed Dreams and wow this is what Sci-Fi battles should be like. Freaking amazing.
How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Severed dreams is one of the best battles. Theres a later one, i think its the second to last battle. The IA fleet takes on the shadows. That is friggen amazing.

I remember some from watching B5 as a kid. Like the liberation of Mars. Just seeing it freshly is awesome. I loved the idea of the boarding ships. I know 40k has torpedoes but there's no movie of 40k yet :P Just seeing that stuff is awesome. Interceptor rounds is a great idea too. Very realistic and I'm surprised I can't think of another Sci-Fi that uses them.

I believe the later IA battle is episode "Shadow Dancing" or something like it. Its fantastic. The plot line with dr. Franklin is damned good too.
