Too fixated on the bas-relief. He was noticed, though.

It was noticed by me but my characters weren't there so therefore it didn't happen for me. Play the char, it can be hard to distance yourself from your creation I find sometimes but it makes for a better game I find.
But I can't throw, I throw like a geek!

Tsu - are you going to let us know when we should check-off a skill for possible advancement?

Indeed.

Also, this is one hell of a juggling act.

Fun, though.

A note on books: they can be skimmed to possibly find relevant info, but any related sanity loss will still occur, without the +skills or spells associated with reading and comprehending them.

Careful with the light reading.

Just a recap. Tsu's comment is explained at greater length in the rulebook.

Indeed. Most of the books take weeks (some as much as a year) to read and comprehend fully. After that time, then you gain spells (if applicable) and +skills to either Occult or Cthulhu Mythos. Skimming only grants relevant plot information, without the benefits of reading the whole book.

If you guys choose a particular book to study, I'll tell you how long it will probably take to read fully.

I'll get results out tonight.

Sorry, skimming only costs half the sanity points.

I assume you're making all the appropriate freak-out rolls secretly?

Anyway, Charles is going to examine the body, both for identity and for any clues as to its origin. You can decide when Zelman &co. finally rouse themselves, when they do Zelman will conduct a proper medical examination of the corpse... including a post-mortem if he can. Or, would that be a post-post-mortem?

*EDIT* Lemme know if you need the appropriate skill levels.

I decided that once the gang sees that he was dead before the shooting, I'll run sanity rolls for everyone, only the penalty for failing will be one point.

Will PM people about details on the examination.
