Found this thing, see how many Classic Who serials you can name in 20 minutes. Here

What is a "serial"... does that mean "episode"?

The classic DW's were divided into 2 44 (During some of Peter Davison's era and some of Colin Baker's era) minute episodes, or 4-10 22 minute episodes, which comprised complete story, referred to as a serial.
