I know Forest of the Dead and Silence in the Library are for the tenth doctor. I requested them and got a confirm they are set for near the end of summer. Chuck also hinted in that email that he had mostly bad doctor who episodes to review and was honestly happy to have gotten my request, so you could be right about Earthshock.
