I think he's indicating that you are very good at playing evil, scheming little bastards.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Tyyr - UFP, Romulans, Cardassians.

Reliant - Romulan/Create-a-race, Cardassian, UFP.

LTstaplic - UFP, Romulans, Create-a-race.

Lighthawk - Breen, Cardassians, Orions.

Deepcrush - Klingons, Cardassians, Dominion.

Tsu - Breen, Klingons, UFP.

Sonic - GTH, Romulans, Breen, Cardassians.

Tinadrin - Breen, Tholians.

Stitch - anything but Ferengi!

*************************************************************

This is what we have so far. Looks like Lighthawk has the sole claim to the Orions. Klingons having only myself and Tsu asking for them. The Cardassians seem to be the most popular race this time around with Sonic, myself, Reliant and Tyyr.

Create a race could be fun since it would allow us to use the larger map that was made for later in the Alpha-1 Sim.

I'd much prefer to actually play a power this time, as opposed to a nobody.

I think big is balancing the races to be much more equally than Canon, just to make things a bit fairer.

Would it be possible to play an original race?

List your top three and he'll try and make it so everyone gets at least their third choice.

The CU isn't really a nobody, just a hard faction to balance out. They have the same potential as the KE or RSE.

There should be more than enough of the Original races to be played. Still, I prefer creating my own. More of a challenge that way.

Only three selected the create-a-race option so the numbers of canon/noncanon races shouldn't be an issue.

Well, me personally I'd go

1. UFP
2. Klingons
3. Original race.

Like I said before.......I'd much rather be a power this time round :)

We'll all be powers. The canon map is being ignored in favour of relatively equal balance between powers; at least, that was my understanding.

From the looks of it, no one is too keen on the Ferengi.
"No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against that power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand."

The Ferengi are a tough faction to hand out. Whoever plays them has to be more the business mind vs political or militaristic. Also the Ferengi player has to be more interested in playing behind the scenes with matters. So they won't get much public attention and can end up feeling left ou even if they are truly pushing things along.
