New Tyranids

I'm a bit out of the 40K loop these days. But when I get in I'd rather be forewarned.
I used to play an Ulthwe ground pounding infantry oriented force. However the new codex and the new edition have forced me into waveserpents.
I mix up the weapon loadouts and gear, but the basic 2000 point pattern is:
10 warlcoks+seer in serpent
10 scorps + seer in serpent
6 dragons in serpent
6 dragons in serpent
10DA in serpent
10 guardians in serpent
10 guardians in serpent
general tactics are that the guardians can be dropped off somewhere to hold a distant objective and contribute with their heavy weapon while their cheap serpents provide replacements and blocks for the others.
I like pouncing on half of an opponents army with the bulk of mine. But when I need to hit multiple objectives I tend toward seperating into two groups with a CC unit, dragon unit, and a troop unit.
Anyway much of this relies on the survivability of serpents with their various special rules.
Looks like the new nids got a whole bunch of new anit vehicle kit.
