Makes sense. Of course the housebound have to be maintained more effectively than regular houses.

The thing that puzzled me is supply of utilities. Apparently they developed flexible connections for gas, electricity, water and sewage.
Give a man a fire, and you keep him warm for a day. SET a man on fire, and you will keep him warm for the rest of his life...

That can work. But like I said they would have to maintain it more effectively than a normal house. Those flexible connections would have to be inspected as I doubt the sleeves would not last as long as a solid connection.

That and no house is 100% leak proof.
