Power Armor

I think this is one of the most interesting Power Armor video I've seen so far:

Thing is, I think it's pretty old, as the video dates back as far as 2007. Does somebody has seen recent footage of what they have achieved recently when it comes to Power Armor development?
Also, do you think there is economical interest into using Power Armor for commercial activities in the near future? What kind of industry do you think would the most like these?
And finally, what do you think about the idea of a remotely controlled exoskeleton instead of a manned Armor?
(you can pretty much discuss all you want to talk about regarding real life Power armor, I just want to talk about what I think if a really cool technology)
