D&D, 4th edition

Post by Lighthawk »

So, would anyone be interested in playing in a 4th edition D&D game? I've been considering the idea for a while, seeing how well the WH40K RP is going. I'm rather impressed with how well P&P seems to work in a forum setting. Let me know if you're interested, and if you are, what type of campaign you'd be interested in (dungeon crawl, hack n slash, political, ect...). Unfortunately, unlike Kendall, I don't have sourcebooks for download, though if anyone knows where to get them, I'd be glad to know. I do know the system fairly well though, and will be happy to help anyone who needs it.

I'm pretty full on RPs for the time being personally. Both my RPs are going to have a defined ending and the Crossover RP is about halfway there (Need Rochey to post *poke*) afterward I'd probably join in an already started one but that could be a few months down the line.

None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Not a bad idea - the P&P RP's seem to have worked well. However, like Monroe, I'm kind of stretched to the limit right now; in addition, I haven't cracked a D&D book in over 20 years.

In addition to being actively involved in 3 RPs, I'm also busy with the FTF and DITL Battles. And the schools will be re-opening in a couple of weeks, further cutting down my time. So I'll have to pass.

Ah well, had to ask. Maybe in 4-6 months try again?
