So it seems that they're expansionist and imperialist (much the same, I guess), with strong territorial tendancies (works well given their seeming desire to control more territory) and the population is industrious (works well, as they can keep maintaining the war machine).

I thought so too, but since I was the only one to vote for it, it wasn't even in the running, so I broke the 3-way-tie for the recessive trait with that vote

Most of the traits they have would lead them to be organized anyhow. So you'll still get your wish plus extra.

Between Borg and Fed level

Obviously they're just rough areas, but they should give us some general idea.
