The annoying fact that it would take maybe two days to get another contractor on site and that could cost as much or more time that just letting them get their shit together.

I guess that explains why it takes Centerpoint 3 hours to replace a line fuse.

Which promptly failed again two hours later. Then it took another three hours to replace it again.

Then the next day, it failed again...

The weather: that day, no wind, no rain, low humidity, temp in the low 90's.
