Okay. Worked out who is who, and i have the start written up. It's not quite as gruesome as Rochey's, but it gets to the point.

only 6 this time. 2 founders, a medic, a scientist, and 2 security officers.

I am working on this being a shift system, so they all need to be relatively capable at their task.

I've not taken note. i mean they are somewhat altered.

there are 2 founders, the medic is our protector, the scientist is our seeker, and the security officers are just normal. they can be technicians if you like.
