If they've really talked themselves into believing that, this movie has the makings of a disaster.
What if they remake The Tholian Web?

Then they would have to do something about the scenes with Kirk in them.

Spacesuit, reuse scenes from "Into Darkness." Hire Shatner for fill-in.

I know! Maybe we can make it without any of the characters, the spaceships, the UFP... maybe set in the 1870's in the American West? And instead of "Star Trek," they could call it "True Grit" or something...

Interestingly, the official position is that ST4 is still very much in production. They're even apparently trying to get Megan Fox for it, because... um... maybe some executive let his teenage son do the casting?

Do a teenager know Megan Fox?

Her fame is already a decade old...

Well I don't know any teenager boy from occident that I could ask but I am pretty sure Margot Robbie, Emilia Clarke and Nathalie Dormer are more well known thanks to Suicide Squad and Game of Throne...

Margot Robbie is too good an actress to be the new Megan Fox. Emilia Clarke is a good choice, though. She's hot and a terrible actress.

I don't really find her a terrible actress. At least not on any Megan Fox level.

I think she's okay in Game of Thrones, but then I watch her in anything else she's done and it's awful. Which makes me think that she's not so much acting well in GoT as she's just like that.

Well she is a model that do acting and not a real actress... So it's legitimate to not be good at acting we could say ^^
