King John put his seal to Magna Carta.

A momentous day indeed.

I've read a bit about the Magna Carta, but for some reason the info never sticks in my head, which is SO frustrating. :bangwall:

Yeah buts whats King John done for us recently.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Well, he hasn't returned from the grave as a bloodthirsty unholy revenant, so that's something.

Unlike some others...
"All this has happened before --"
"But it doesn't have to happen again. Not if we make up our minds to change. Take a different path. Right here, right now."

It has been WAY too long since I've watched the Simpsons. Although that might be a Treehouse of Horror episode...
