Affordable Care Act stands,5 to 4.

Chief Justice Roberts said it was a tax and under that authority the law is constitutional.

Justice Kennedy led the dissent, stating that the entire law needed to be thrown out.

Of course, this topic has been all over the interweb. I still say that the most vocal people on either side of the issue are telling tales told by an idiot - the U.S. is built to be so far away from a true single-payer system, much less an NHS, that the more radical support and the more radical opposition are basing their rhetoric on completely fallacious assumptions.
