I see 2 different versions of the famed warship. However, both seem to have different technologies, which raises the question in my head: "Which is better as far as tech goes? And which is more believable?"

Now this is NOT a vs debate, as it is an honest question of which Battlestar Galactica, old or new, do we like better? I say I like the old one better, it has lasers while the new one has something called, "Kinetic Energy Weapons," but are they really the same? -deep in thought-

I like the new one since it seems like a real living breathing warship. Maybe the most realistic ship we have ever seen in scifi.

The only other scifi ship that comes close is the ship in Star Gate Universe.

I always found it interesting that Ancient and Gou'ald designs became so easy to understand that they can break codes or security within seconds.

No the ancient ship traveling the universe in SGU.

I like the look of the original better. The smoother, more silver skin.
