Shall we get the ball rolling?

How should the Daystrom RP proceed from here?

Shall we get the ball rolling?

OK, kids, the subject has been broached with me of getting things moving again. I'm certainly game for the idea, but I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts. Please vote once, and post any relevant thoughts in here. I am personally not thrilled with option "1," because that's eactly what led to the current stagnation, but hey - a vote is a vote.

I'm thinking we should wrap this mission for now. We have determined there IS a faction of rebel Dominion forces. Let's start over with something new. With Teaos gone, I was supposed to pick up the slack here, but I kind of got stumped. The storyline depended on one particular posting, which didn't happen.

I vote that we pick up three years later, with some vague references to the past mission. I have an idea for a new chapter if we want to start again.

I'm thinking that one post was mine now that I reflect....sorry.

RL has been and is continuing to increase in it's busy-ness. If this does get back up and around idk if I'll be able to join. With RL, playing in the Alpha SIM, Modding the Beta SIM, I may be able to take a 'recurring character' style role, something small and none too important, but I can't really devote a while lot of time to it....which is kinda why we're still waiting on that post.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I can join. I was sort of enjoying the ENT RP.

I like Marks idea. And this gives me an idea for a post of my own ... Quick, to the Ent RPG!

Ok. If Mikey agrees, lets call "Gamma Mission" done. We'll lock the threads. Then, we can take a new attendence sheet of players, and I'll insert us into the new mission.

Hint, it'll be a first contact mission that'll turn out quite interestingly 8)

The same task force. With a slight rules ammendment. I'd like to require every player to maintain at least two characters, and post for both.

Before we can work out ships and numbers of them, we need to know whose playing.

With the Kling/Rommie attachments as well?

And that's good with me, I'm down for it.

Obviously I don't know Mark's plan, but I'd say include whichever characters you want as long as you intend to actually play them.

I'll give it a day or two, then lock the Gamma threads and set up a thread for people to post their characters/assignments.

Sorry for the double post. Mark - a general show of hands seems to indicate folks wanting to remain in the GQ/the current sitch, just to be done with the current mission. Does this fit with your plan?

Mikey, I'll PM you a heads up and a general outline. I'd like to give us more room to work with.

OK, I'd like to be in, but have no clue what has been going on. And I'd rather not read from Alpha, considering somewhere is a bunch a posts by Blackstar.
