I dislike 90% of what PETA does. You don't want to eat meat? Fine, dont force your ideals on us.

You want animals treated better? Fine, achive it by being civilised human being and not terrorists.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Exactly. My two main beefs (pun VERY much intended) with them are as follows:

- don't foist your ideals on me.

- using violence, badgering, guilt-mongering, etc., to further a goal stated to be anti-harm is like saying "Anarchists, unite and conquer!"

And, I'm having even more problems; I just had to re-install Windows again. It doesn't seem to have worked so well though - I keep getting errors all over the place, and it's just not co-operating. If I'm not on here for a while, this will be why. :x

I can get a copy of XP, but it'll be a few days; besides, I'm trying to save all my data... I think I'm going to get a DVD burner so I can start making backups. If things don't work out well, I'll be back on here in December, when I can afford a new motherboard and processor... and RAM... :(

That's beat, Tsu. Something to do with the new worm that's out, or just a bad source?

But apparently not a grammar-check. :P

However, it's a Windows worm, so you don't need to worry.

 I can't believe I forgot an s.

Oh well. Unfortunately, my main computer is XP, and I don't use any anti-whatits software. I do use a specialized internet based anti-everything scanner once in a while. And I know it is safe because I know they guy who runs it. I just can't stand running anti-stuff software, because most of them cause more problems than they solve.

If you want it, MS does have a patch for XP with SP 2 or 3. It's not an anti-anything scanner, just a hotfix for a hole in the OS.
