His Kirk ended with his character's death in Generations. This is no surprise.

I can't imagine how it would be possible, in the original timeline he is now dead, the kelvin timeline must understand whether or not is dead ...

It would have been hard to pull off to be sure. That and we would havd seen an overweight Kirk.
