Favourite trek moments?

Post by Reliant121 »

Probably been posted before but hey!
Mine would be when the Cardassian fleet turned on their Dominion and Breen allies. Especially when a Galor saves the Defiants shiney metal ass by blowing the hell out of a Breen Destroyer.

In Dragon's Teeth, when Voyager is taking off from the planet fighting the Vaadwaur... best bit of FX in Trek i think.

In ENT when the special forces kicked some ass or when Archer was showing signs of turning into a hard liner by destroying that Xindi base on the moon.

The Search for Spock, when the crew nicked the old Enterprise, the Excelsior tried to follow...and stalled. Nothing beats the look on Styles' face when he realises that his fancy new starship isn't going anywhere.

Has to be the Enterprise dropping below the Reliant in TWOK, then rising up behind it. Its a great battle, and beautifully shot.

I almost went for that shot of the E-nil looming up behind the Reliant myself, but decided that the comedy inherent in the very concept of stalling a starship beat it.

Best of Both Worlds, all of it.

Picard punching out that terrorist in 'The High Ground'.

Terra Prime, the real series finale for Enterprise.

Kirk being buried in a mountain of tribbles.

Ooh, too many to pick just one.

Spock's death scene.
The entire Reliant-Enterprise battle.
The Excelsior stalling.
Kirk getting buried under an avalanche of tribbles.
Any mirror universe episode.
Q pissing off Picard.
Sisko punching Q.
Best of Both Worlds: part 1 and 2.
The very last episode of Voyager. (guess why)

Lal's death in TNG-choked me up something fierce. *Manly tears of sadness*

Yeah, Rochey's right. Too many to name.
