The Jem Hadar would be clone sisters, in an order of mendicant hospitallers, traversing space and spreading the good news of the Founders. Peace and compassion, love and joy. Unto thy neighbor as you would to yourself.

I guess the Founders would be trusting of solids hoping that they will fullfill their potential. The Dominion would the Federation for all intents and purposes.
Klingons would be hippies. Peace and love. Romulans would be... trusting and very open.
Bajorans would be anti-religious worshiping the Prophets who are the Pah-Wraiths and the Pah-Wraiths would be the Prophets.
