Basically, the title is the topic. James Tiberius Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard, Benjamin Lafayette Sisko, Kathryn Janeway and Jonathan Archer sit and talk.

Kirk is from the end of Star Trek VI. Picard is from the end of TNG. Sisko is from the end of DSN. Janeway is from the end of VOY and Archer is from the end of ENT. Anti-violence fields are in place so Sisko can't cold-cock anyone.

Captain Sisko grabs Archer by the arm and kicks him in an asylum where he belongs, while Kirk and Picard lecture Janeway about the finer point of a Starfleet Captain's morality.

Then the three best captains in Starfleet's History sit down and cause the creation of an Awesome Singularity centering on the table.

More like Sisko stuffs Janeway in his punching bag for setting foot on Station Sisko and shows her the finer points of upsetting five finger mary. Kirk ripping his shirt, then beating the hell out of Archer for embarrassing the honor of the name Enterprise followed by Kirk sexing T'Pol and Hoshi. All the while Picard sitting in his chair, drinking earl gray and enjoying the show knowing better then to start talking with Kirk and Sisko in the room.

Except... no fighting, just talking? It's kinda the point of the thread.

Wrong, you have Sisko and Kirk in the room. There will be fighting, ripped shirts and broken bodies. Its simply a part of nature at this point.

There's no way you have Kirk, Sisko, and Picard deign to share a table with Janeway and Archer.

*Sigh* It's not the point, Dalek[/Ninth]. Besides, verbal ownage can be ever so much more satisfying. I think you sell Kirk and Sisko short in that regard.

Kirk and Sisko can verbally hold their own but its not their typical style. The scenario though is like having Dan Mario, Joe Montana, and Steve Young sit down at a table with two washout Canadian football league practice squad washouts and expecting them to have a conversation beyond, "What the fuck are you two losers doing here?"

Okay, so what would Sisko and Kirk talk about? Sisko and Picard? Picard and Kirk? The little Boraalan incident might not sit too well with Jimmy.

The moment Archer will talk about letting "nature takes its course" by letting a developped civilisation go extinct, he's gonna get walloped so bloody hard.

Although I can't stop laughing imaginating Picard's facepalm when Janeway explains her track record in the Delta Quadrant.

Indeed. In fact, having Sisko and Janeway -- arguably two of the most self-righteous captains we've seen -- in the same room can only end poorly. Undoubtedly, Janeway will make some sort of self-righteous (and most likely stupid) remark in defense of her previously mentioned track record in the delta quadrant, which will piss the Sisko off which will lead to heated debate (Read as: shouting) or fisticuffs.

Sisko and Kirk would probably talk about what it's really like to be on the Federation frontier and in a war zone. Picard and the E-D spent most of their time it seemed cruising around Federation space.

Kirk and Picard may agree to never discuss that whole "Generations" thing, or discuss it quite well. They may also discuss the shared responsibility of captaining the Enterprising and the "flagship"of starfleet. And Kirk may again offer his advice that the admiralty is not all it's cracked up to be.

Sisko and Picard might discuss Wolf 359 a little, it seems Sisko's made peace with that part of his life so he may be more cordial. They may share Dominion War exploits etc.

All of them may lecture Archer on the best way to be a real captain, and probably try to ignore Janeway as much as possible

So in short, Janeway will tend to be ignored, while Archer will be openly despised.
