The 22nd century BoP. It was utterly stupid from the point of view of the design lineage, but it was still a pretty cool design - pity they didn't include it in DS9 or Nemesis.

The Norexan is dead sexy, but I have to say the TOS BoP. Being the ship from TOS: "Balance of Terror" gives it a considerable cachet.

I'll definitely second the TOS BoP, always been a huge fan of that ship, I love the design of it simply for the sake of it, and the awesome torpedo makes it even better.
