When Jazia Dax was killed by Dukat. Didn't see that coming and although Ezri was kinda cute the show lost all the nice Dax-Bashir-Quark-Worf comic relief.
I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite store on the Citadel.

That probably would have been a "Noooo" moment for me, cept I saw III first.
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

And that other Voyager episode where 7 asks The Doctor to help her take her catsuit off (I forget why) and he politely refuses and stops her taking it off. Still, there was that one with Junior Q I suppose :)
