Favorite Trek epsiode of all time
Favorite Trek epsiode of all time
Well, we have our winners for each series. So I thought I'd line them up and see what the forum's alltime favorite Trek episode is. This is a straight poll consisting of the winners of each of the other five.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

Oh, damn, this is a tough one.

Tell me about it. I started the damned poll and I haven't made up my mind yet. There's some good TV on this list

Tough choice but afraid I'm going to have to go with Sisko. To be honest while the Voy and Ent are good episodes they don't really compare to the others in terms of quality in my mind.
But I can't throw, I throw like a geek!

Best of Both Worlds, Part 1. The TOS and DS9 options come a close second and third, but nothing can match BoBW for the suspense, the score, and most of all for those final few seconds.

Balance of Terror. It got me into Trek.

I'll agree with that. Serious awesomeness.Captain Seafort wrote:...most of all for those final few seconds.

My vote went to DS9, because I really love the message of that episode.

No need to repeat what Seafort said. I'm on the same page.

BoT for me. The most warlike of the captains, confronted with Mark Lenard's observation at the end... wow.

That's a hard list, I'd happily watch any of them in a second but for me it's got to be In the Pale Moonlight. I love stories where doing the right thing is an ugly ugly business, even better that it's set in Trek.

Best of Both Worlds just wins out over BoT for me.

Re: Favorite Trek epsiode of all time
I had to vote for In the Pale Moonlight, with Balance of Terror and BoBW close seconds and thirds respectively. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it. Tyyr was right about one thing, this is a damn fine hour of television. So I will learn to live with it ... Because I can live with it. Ican live with i.
