I didn't check the link, but I assume you're talking about the Kriss .45 nearly-recoilless SMG? Amazing piece of innovation there, but Sionnach's point is that the external design, as affects the operator, is still one of barrel/action/trigger/stock - no different in basic design theory (albeit in size) from a Pennsylvania Rifle.

Aye, that's what I was getting at. It still has a barrel, grip, magazine, sights, etc. It's just that the location of some bits have been moved around a bit.
