Alright alright. I'll leave Rochey to put the smack down on you guys if he had issues with the system after last time.

First up the contestants!

defiant class

Weapon systems:
phaser pulse cannon(back up phasers) 70,000TW (which due to special rules actually do 3 140,000TJ blasts a turn)
Pulse quantum torpedo launchers 2 forward one aft.
weapon range and accuracy 810

Shields 2,376,000 TeraJoules, 396000 per subshield
Ablative armor 550,000TJ
each hull sections takes: 180,000TJ to destroy

con rolls at 2d6+11 (darn manuverable)

special rules: -1 to hit -1 to be hit. Only five sections. Ablative armor acts as one mass instead of shielding over indavidual areas.

"wings" warp coils and pulse cannons
Fore, Nav deflector, seonsors, forward Q-torps
Center Bridge, tactical computer
Aft, phasers, impulse engines, rear Q-torp launcher, warp core.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Akira class

Weapons
"wrap around" type X phaser array 17,500 TeraWatts (so one 52,500TJ blast)
Pulse photon torpedo launchers 7 fore 2 port 2 starboard 4 aft
Weapon Range and Accuracy : 910

Shields 1,876,500 TeraJoules, 312750 per sub shield
each section takes 314,000TJ to destroy

con rolls at 2d6+4

Sections
Forward (phasers, torps, deflector dish )
Central (bridge, tac comp, long rang sensors, probably a tractor beam)
rear Warp core
Starboard/Port (phasers impulse engines, torps)
weapons pod (torps)
port/starboard struts (structural, and EPS conduits)
Nacels

---------------------------------------------------------
Soveriegn

Weapons
Type XII5 phaser arrays (3 100,000TJ blasts)
1 x Rapid fire quantum torpedo tube (turret) freaking 12 shots a turn
4 x Type 4 burst fire photon torpedo tube (2 fore 2 aft)
5 x Standard photon torpedo tube
(freaking pain in the rear ship with different torp types)
Weapon Range and Accuracy : 1,420

Shield 5,737,500 TeraJoules, 956,250 TJ subshields
Ablative armor: 258,000TJ per section
Each hull section takes 307,000TJ to destroy

conn rolls at 2d6+6

sections
forward saucer (phasers, one torp)
center saucer (bridge, tac comp, turret, 2 rear launcers)
Rear saucer/neck (1 torp launcer , EPS, battle bridge)
port/starboard saucer (phasers, impulse engines)
forward engineering (deflector, tractor, long range sensors, pulse launchers)

Klingons! Due to cultural focus Klingons are +1 tactical -1 con compared to equivalent starfleet ships

Klingon photon torpedos do 128,000 TJ of damage

Negh'Var (x2)

weapons
Disruptors: 205,000 TeraWatts
4 fore and 4 aft triple fire launchers (10 sec reload)
Weapon Range and Accuracy : 1,260

shields
2,160,000 TeraJoules, sub shields 360,000TJ
Hull: 530,000TJ per section

con rolls 2d6+2

Sections Hmmmm not so sure what all is where.
Forward weapons pod Disruptor
Bridge section (tactical comp)
neck
rear weapons pod (torps)
port starboard "wings" lighter disruptors
nacells (heavy disruptors)
rear engineering (impulse engines)
central engineering (warp core)

(in my opinon this thing won't make good on 2,000 points but we'll see)
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Vor,Cha (x3)

weapons:
disrupters 60,000TW
4 x Triple Fire photon torpedo tube (2 fore 2 aft)
Weapon Range and Accuracy : 820

shields
2,079,000 TeraJoules
hull 380,000TJ per section

con 2d6+4

sections (again unsure)
disruptor module
bridge section (with tac comp)
neck
wings/nacells
weapon pod (torps)
rear engineering (impulse)
central engineering (warp core)

(also don't really care for the ships layout and pricing, but again we'll see)

Alright take a looks at the above stuff. If it's all in the clear you guys can pick a starting formation (default formation is you're all close together at the start and will likely be split up by your con orders).

You figure those Klingons are out there somewhere so once you're ready overload the new experimental tacheon cloakripper and see what's out there.

USS Philmont will be to port of Sov.

Hewer, when we go in follow me on a charge for the Vor's and we'll open with a blast against them from the two of us. Then break off and go for the negh's and help out the Sov. Maybe on of the Vor's will follow you and i'll get a clean shot at its tail! Whatever else happens, stick by the Sov. I'll deal with the vor's or atleast hold them off till you guys are free.

Lets blow that cloakripper and see whats out there!

Coded transmission, encrypted frequency for Captain Deepcrush:

Communique from Captain Granitehewer of the USS Eaglescliffe:

I must protest, in my capacity as captain and of that as a sane individual, who has dedicated his better years to the betterment of starfleet...
Considering the capabilities of our ships and nature of the klingon vessels rumoured to be operating in the area, it might be prudent, should a conflict prove inevitable, for the Philmont and Eaglescliffe to operate as a paired flight and confront the negh'var class vessels reputed to be in the proximity of our flight path, and thus allow our ally in his capable sovereign class, to take on the multiple escorting vessels

I'm sorry but in the battle to come, with the enemy as is. We cannot afford to lose our most powerful ship. Give it cover and the Philmont will buy what time she can. Do not, (repeat) Do not aid the Philmont until atleast one of the Negh'vars have been destroyed. Even the two of us together can't stop a pair of Negh'vars. But if you link up with the Sov then you'll have a clear advantage. Use it, take one out as fast as possible then link up with me. By then I should have removed one of the Vor'cha's and then you and I will each take one of the left overs. While the Sov gets to take on a Negh'var one on one! Again a clear win.
End comm link.

Good luck you two, and try not to keep me waiting for to long. I'd like to go home under my own power. Or atleast on my own ship  .

Rochey, head right at the Negh'vars. Hewer, follow me in, we'll both target the same Vorcha and then break off and flank one of the Negh'vars. Target its bridge and Mark 18's. They don't have a secondary bridge so once they lose the main they'll be in a bad spot. Then move on to the next and repeat. Rochey, from what i've seen they have weak WN's so phaser there, then hit with your PTs and QTs. Rip that wing off and send her spinning. When she's lost sheilds on one side or the other, Hewer can tagert the open wound at will and Rochey can move to the next one in line.
