At some point,we need to do a TOS movie era, with a connie refit,miranda and excelsior against some D7/k'tingas, klingon/rommie BOPs

A Connie sounds good to me. It's one of the few Fed ships I like.

D-13s , aren't they the B.O.P.s with the defective plasma coils, that the Duras sisters have in 'Generations'?

No, that was a D-12, although if you're using a movie time-frame it might be better to have K'Tingas - I don't see 3 BoPs standing up to a Connie, let alone an Excelsior, given that they're "outgunned 10 to 1" by the E-nil per TSFS.

I think you're thinking about a diff model, the d-13 are a fair match for our group.
