Daystrom Casting Call

Maybe I'm feeling overtired, or just a bit silly.......but this just hit me as I was folding laundry.

Paramount has just contacted the DITL, and purchased the rights to the Daystrom RP Gamma Mission. They decided that it would make sense to have Trek written for its fans BY its fans. They have agreed to certain stipulations. The movie will begin production next year, and they want the creators of each of the Daystrom characters to choose actors that could best personify the role.

For me it would be.......................

For Doctor Holmes, Hugh Laurie of course would be the shoe in (it's almost as if the role was somehow written for him)

For Commander Sinclair I'm thinking maybe James Roday (Shawn Spencer from Psych)

For Lt. Mark........Ashton Kutcher maybe (IF he can pull off a character with a limited sense of humor)

And McDuff, I have no idea whatsoever.

Who plays YOUR Daystrom character???

Lorcan would be played by the surprisingly talented Jensen Ackles, Devi, by Slumdog Millionaire's Frieda Pinto, and Uzume by my friend Leia Sterling.

Fletcher would be played by Lian Neeson.

Teaos by... Jesse Spencer, the guy who plays Chase on House.

Grayling played by Sean Connery.

I've been compared to Mark Teixiera of the New York Yankees and occasionally Rob Lowe. I'll take the latter.

Actually... How does this sound, one of these 3: The guy who played Maj. Winters (age him up a bit of course), or the guy who played Cpt. Nixon or Lee Adama?

the only one I can think of is Christian Bale for Seth...his monotone would be great for a Xindi-Reptilian.

I have no idea for Helev/Corrin.
