I bought the omnibus edition of these novels a bit ago and am working my way through it. Anyone else read these books?

I think I saw them in a book shop nearby. Are they any good?

Oh, yeah. It's an awesome tale of intrigue, war, action and an awesome alt. history of the Romulans that I wish was canon.

Dark Mirror by Diane Duane was a cool look at the mirror universe set in TNG. It came out in 93 or 94, right around the end of TNG's run. Was interesting stuff.

I... really wish they ran with that version of the mirrorverse rather than what they did in DSN.

That's the one on the E-D where Worf is a slave right?

Yup. And Data had never been built. And Troi apparently liked mind-raping people.

My all time favourite Trek book.

I actually said that in the alt.startrek newsgroup once... and Duane herself responded to say thanks! Shocked the hell out of me, it did.

Dark Mirror is your favorite, Graham? And that's totally awesome. :D :D

I'm a little over halfway through 'The Empty Chair' and loving it.

Yeah, it is.

I also remember one I think she did... "My Enemy, My Ally"? That was seriously good too.
