Archer-a petulant child who blames alien species for his dog's medical problems when he should not take it for a trip in the first place

Frankly I would be offended to be compared to either of these people which leaves only Kirk.

Although seeing as how a large number of Picard people point out his hatred towards children as a good thing they probably don't see what's the biggie about standing idly by as an entire species dies out.
