If we're going for something from the Alienseries, I'd have to say Lance Hendriksen.

From 'Trek, I'd probably say that big furry thing which Iman turned into in TUC.

In RL, I could live with running into Iman in a dark alley.

Hmm, I take my earlier vote for the Xenomorphs in the 'Non-Trek' category back. I'll vote for a Tyranid Warrior instead; Xenomorphs on steroids.

From the title alone, I thought Nausicans before even opening the thread. After reading the responses I'd say my top 5 would be, in any order:

Nausicans
Borg
Chalnoth (the shadowing of the dark alley alone must make these guys look like minions of Satan)
Klingon
Crystaline Entity (No one said how big/small the alley could be)
