Mine would have to be Generations (especially the Overture), though nearly tied with The Wrath of Khan and The Voyage Home. And the Undiscovered Country.

anymoo...I think either Wrath of Khans battle music, The motion pictures V'Ger Flyby...or the Theft of the Enterprise were ALL pretty good.

I officially voted for TUC since it hadn't gotten any love and I rather liked it's vaguely eerie sounding music. I will agree that the TWOK battle scenes and the stealing-the-enterprise music do stick in my head. I can see Spock descending the ladder with the music blaring DUH-DUH DUH-DUH DUH-DUH DUH...

I voted FC because I felt the music really added to the whole sinister feel of the Borg.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

The Wrath of Khan from start to finish is by far the best, but I truthfully love the reworked opening score to Star Trek III (which was used brilliantly in the original teasers for Star Trek VI).
I would say the tie for best actual title score, however, is a tie between VI and First Contact.

Don't you hear my call, though you're many years away, don't you hear me calling you?
