Honestly, it's so bizarre, I feel like I'm on hallucinogens just watching it. Which is part of why I love it. :)
The guy who created Lexx must have been on an acid trip.

It's just so unique among sci-fi. It's intentionally campy, and also just plain brutal in it's depiction of a futuristic society. It's like Warhammer 40k tossed in a blender with 1984 and some porno.

I don't know Warhammer, but I know porno. I can agree with that. Stanley is just trying to get laid. Zev wants to lay with Kai. Kai is dead. That head thing is totally confused.

I voted love it, though actually I just quite liked it.

Say what you like about it, it was certainly original. How many shows have an entire universe destroyed at one point?

I kind of lost it when they did the whole Fire / Water thing though.

Yeah, I wasn't a huge fan of that arc, either. I think they really pulled it together for the ending arc on Earth, though.

I'll be honest, aside from Xenia I never really gave a damn about it. Didn't hate it, just didn't care.

Hmm, been a while. Not bad, but not my favorite by a long shot.

Yeah, I kinda needed an option for "Just on the plus side of 'meh.'" The concept was great, but the actual production/execution never really blew me out of the water.

Gotta agree. It's good, possibly very good... but not great.

Yeah, I'll admit Lexx doesn't quite stack up to Farscape or Firefly for me, but it's still a fun show. Every time the Lexx blows a planet to bits, I get all giggly.

Kai is also one of my all-time favorite characters.

From season 2, Potatoho, when Stanley is showing the astronauts around:

Stanley: "For example, if I placed my hand right here, and said 'Lexx, blow up that planet'"

Lexx: "As you command."

Cue light show, planet blowing up, and Stanley looking like 'oops'. The inbred astronauts are looking at Stanley like he is crazy.

How much nudity is there in Lexx? That's going to make the big difference if I shell out time and money tracking down the seasons.
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.
