Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Welcome to Level 7! Don't touch Lola...

Looks like it has potential. Probably never and of the "big names" but we could see a lot of the role players.

I'm looking forward to it.

I think the theory was that Fury faked his death and used the trading cards-cards not on Coulson's person when he got stabbed-as a way to get the Avengers to work together.

I knew about the cards part, but I had never heard anything about him still being alive.

The Avengers movie kills him dead. I think this is a retcon to make him just mostly dead there.

The movies clearly shows he is dead. He took a fairly blunt and big object through the chest. He had alot of blood in his mouth which is clear indication of massive internal injuries. Then the timeframe from being stabbed to Fury finding him is a decent time. We also saw him die so there's that.

Well of course, that shouldn't be surprising, comics do that all the time!

What we could hope for are some scenes where they go back to the movie and invent a clever twist to make it a little more believable.

And wow, this looks awesome. I may actually start watching TV again.

Someone falling over doesn't make them dead, also at the end of Avengers we saw him walking up to Fury.

I thought that was Agent Hill walking up to Fury, the female agent who was there when Fury dropped the cards on the table (and who tried to stop Loki's escape in the beginning, and returned fire against the boarding party, and was at the argument in the Gamma lab, and whose actress hired a bodyguard to give herpointers on how to use the guns so she didn't look out of place).

She walks off and someone else walks towards Fury, handing a folder to Hill as he walks past. Some people think that was Agent Coulson.

Soooo....now that its out, are any of you watching it ?

From what little I saw it looked totally kiddified which really put me off, and I don't watch tv anymore really so I'm not watching it, but what do you guys think?

Also....that goofy jet for the SHIELD command center thing? Why not some futuristic flying wing thing like in Ace Combat? Maybe they were trying to be too realistic.
