Great ROF, but I think a minigun's caliber is too small for a T. rex.

If I had to pick a conventional firearm for that job (not a RR or AT weapon,) I think I'd go with the Steyr 15.2mm APFSDS rifle.
Oh you'd eventually dissolve the T-Rex but I doubt you could carry enough ammo on whatever you mounted on it. Unless you hose down the head.

A Winchester in 45-70 with solid copper bullets should do the job......eventually. Although I am just a bit biased, I am a fan of the 45-70.
