2019 is bringing us: Uncanny Cats and Hedgehogs. It's already brought us Uncanny Pikachu. ... Gee, thanks Rocket Raccoon.

This isn't a donald duck thing is it? I mean with the clothes thing - I've not watched the trailer - do they wear clothes at times which, without a nudity taboo/etc becomes pointless, but if there is, well WTH is with the thumbnail showing a naked one and... I may pay attention to the wrong things.

No need to blame Rocket for this. At least with him they did it right. Here... ye gods. It's hideous!

LOL. I wonder sometimes if he grew out of that whole thing. He seemed kind of unclear about his identity and sexuality, which is nothing unusual for people his age. I hope he found some inner peace and grew out of the nonsense.

I assume he matured in general, the Chamat thing was just a aspect of bisexuality from what I saw. There are furries of all ages, but if he settled down I can see him leaving it behind.

More or less my point....I do not get the controversy.....seems they always where human dancers in cat-makeup......and the new one looks pretty much the same with a bit of CGI thrown in for whatever reason....

Now...I won't say the new one will be good or not...but just from appearance....again...the "original" cats look just as creepy for me, to be honest.

It's the standards involved in the medium. Like, for theatre, you wouldnt mind them having two peeps in a horse costume to save on the hassle of getting a real horse... but on film? "Yeahno, get a REAL HORSE."

you'd be pulled out of a film if it turned out to be a pantomime film, wouldnt' you? "Oh no you wouldn't" (meanwhile, viewer is thinking, WTF?)
