Also, it's tough to tell because the character's figure is so radically different from the books, but is the Big Bad supposed to be Darkseid and the parademons?

Last question: do they let Gadot do any of her own fight choreography? She was, after all, a combat trainer in Tzahal for a couple of years.

Well aside from the obvious, er, attractions... WW is also the only movie of the represented spate that's worth a damn.

As a guy who never saw the appeal in Superhero movies, this comes off as a "Wait, DC can do Avengers too!" even though I know Justice League predated Avengers in the comic books quite some time... I just can't help shake the impression that everything DC does in movies is a reaction to Marvel's success.
