Suicide squad is one of the lesser known comics in the DC universe. Basically take the worse criminals and put them on super dangerous missions so that if they survive their sentence can be reduced but if they fail or die, no big deal.

Well this version of Joker is more on the crazy than the mobster of anarchist look.
