SF Debris: Godzilla vs Biollante

Post by Nutso »

Part 1
Godzilla escapes his volcanic imprisonment just in time for the two-pronged counter attack: a giant monster flower and a girl with mind powers. I don't think they quite understand how a gritty reboot is supposed to work.
Some nice behind the scenes stuff by Chuck here.

Part 2
The thrilling conclusion as Godzilla battles a flower-monster and then smashes a city because kaiju gonna kaiju.

Some more hilarious observation and thematic choices by Chuck here. I think he must be feeling better lately, now that his personal issues have... subsided.

I think I've got this one on DVD... *Checks* Yup. :D Good review, too.

It is sad that I have all of the Godzilla movies (save for Megalon) on dvd and/or blu-ray?

Not really. I had a ton of Godzilla movies on Vhs but never bothered to buy their replacements.
