Nope, its either Connery or Craig... :)

I've never understood the visceral dislike of Lazenby. It's a great pity, as I reckon that if it weren't for the fact that OHMSS was effectively a one-off it would be considered one of the greatest of the lot.
I never truly liked it, and I watched it more than once...
I didn't really care for the 4th wall being broken, although I liked the wedding bit...

Would have been, had Connery not originated the film character and remade him in his own image.

To me, he just seemed a slightly flatter version of the RM Bond. A bit over-the-top, but not enough to give him Moore's special quality.

I love Savalas, but his cartoonish-ness in that movie would have prevented that occurrence no matter who the Bond was.

I only liked four Bonds. Connery, Moore, Brisbane and Craig.

Moore Bond was the first Bond I saw. I think it was the Man with the Golden Gun. Might not be that doesnt seem right.

Maybe he meant "Brosnan?"

No, he meant Brisbane. I can't say the city pulled off the role very well but for a city it wasn't bad. :happydevil:

I would say Connery and Craig. I'm actually leaning more towards Graig these days. The more I see of him the better he gets. Moore was too comedic for my liking.

I tend to agree about Moore, but part of that could be the tone of the productions rather than Moore's portrayal itself. Lord knows he could do the bit, judging by The Saint.

I personally liked Brosnan (he was the Bond I grew up with) though I enjoy watching the old ones.

I've only seen Casino Royal, and my biggest problem with it is that the whole set in a Casino bit has been overdone to hell and back. No issue with Craig as Bond though.

I thought Barry Nelson was Bond in Casino Royale? :P

That's impressive, for an actor who died in 1983 to have starred in a 2006 film.

Hint: he wasn't talking about the 1967 spoof.

I know. He should have been, though.

I guess some expressions don't translate well over plain text (there was no indication you weren't serious).

I would have said the same thing (double, if possible) if he had mentioned Nathan Lane or Matthew Broderick in The Producers.

Hmm, the original of that one was made in '67 too, IIRC.
