You can't be that far into the past if you've got t'internet. :P

Hope you feel better and are home soon, Mikey. If you're like me, you HATE hospital stays.

I had transformers lined up to play with, but for the most part I kept power. *Shrugs*

Then I guess I must be like you. My maintenance meds are always incorrect, I slept part of the night in a waiting room because of a noisy roommate, I had an EEG done 24 hours ago and still haven't heard results yet... yeah, I'm a bad patient.

Mikey, Uzume says she hopes you feel better (as do I), as well as: "hospital food sucks", which I also second.

Tell her I said thanks, and I think the hospital food is designed to give people a reason to want to get better and leave.

It worked for me; I staggered out under my own power after 5 days. Gah.

I'm considering it, but I think I might wait until phone/cable/ISP is restored at home. ;)

I was checking out Tom's River online, and apparently, it got hit pretty bad. I'm glad your family is safe, and your property is okay.

OK, so it was interesting. :P

Power is still on-and-off so I can't be sure how long this present burst of 21st century life will last...

We lost a couple of trees and some shingles, but made out OK. No phone, cable, or internet, but there's heat and power at home. Just waiting until I get the go ahead to see home for myself.

I got through it unscathed. I walked around a bit after the storm and saw a car with a tree in its back window.

My office has been closed though so no work.
