I used to ingest quite a few other substances more properly called “chemical delight.”

OK, but it wasn't me that put the delight bit on it, it was the makers.

Just made some honey pumpkin bread a couple of days ago. I think tomorrow I'm making pumpkin pie. My secret is the crust. I use crumbed ginger snap cookies. Also great for a crust on baked ham, just spritz on a fair amount of rum or whiskey to make the crumbs stick.

To all the gun enthusiasts:
So, I'm in the market for a bolt action .22 rifle, and my brother Kevin has our grandpa's old bolt action Stevens, capable of shooting golf balls at 50 yds. with open sights ( it's kind of a family heirloom). I can't just drive to Oklahoma and take it from him. So I did a little research and I've narrowed my choices down to the Ruger American in .22lr, or the Savage Mk II in .22lr. I am familiar with the reliability you get with Ruger, but Stevens is part of Savage, and the first gun I ever shot was grandpa's .22. Both are great guns for the money, from what I've seen. I was wondering what your thoughts were, if you preferred one over the other, and if so, why.

I haven’t shot either, so take this with as much salt as you like, but I know there were large changes in manufacturing processes and quality when Stevens was purchased; and a friend who shot and hunted with a couple of Ruger’s revolver-caliber bolt rifles said they were super comfortable and shot as well as he could shoot.

Brother got married. Beautiful wedding. His wife is definitely a keeper. She took in a man who just buried his wife (long story but batshit crazy, and was losing the divorce battle), has two kids, living with Mom and Dad, had a shitty car and no job. This woman who makes 6 figures then elevated him go do better, took his kids under her roof, he has a new car, a stable good paying job, and is now Mommy to his kids.

Oh and she is pregnant.

Personally seeing a girl who has alot of potential.

My cousin got married yesterday in a Steampunk themed ceremony. It was wonderful seeing my whole family in vintage costume attire.

I should probably clarify that when my brother buried his first wife, she was dead and did it to herself. He didn't bury her alive or anything.

Oh, I'm glad you cleared that up, because that's what I'd been assuming you meant.
