Here too. Woke up to single-digit temperatures. I wasn't built for that.
I'm not too fond of it myself. ;)

Yeah, there was actual fog this morning here! I felt like I'd driven into Silent Hill.

Now it's 70.

I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere today.

It's cold enough outside right now that my face hurt while I was waiting for my daughter's bus.

So cold today that my car made many funny noises. Maybe when it gets warmer I will look into it.

My windows suck. I had a draft in my bedroom.

I actually regretted using chapstick this morning (chapped lips from sinus issues and 3 boxes of tissues), it almost froze to my face.

It's so cold here I had to wear a long sleeved shirt today. But it's ok, I've got on a t-shirt under it so when it warms up I can take the long sleeved shirt off.

It's supposed to get up to 79 here today. WTF? This is still January, isn't it?

The water in the fountain in Bryant Park froze solid. FYI (although it may not help) lipstick doesn't freeze.

Pipes in my mother's bathroom have frozen, hopefully won't burst. *Crosses fingers*

Hope it doesn't it either. Burst pipes are never easy and cheap to fix. Nearly 20 years ago, a frozen pipe burst under the garage's concrete slab and $30,000 later with a rebuilt garage floor and a completely flooded basement and TV room or was all fixed.

You're not supposed to put chapstick on your face.
