Of course, I'd never go out with a woman who can bench press me (I'm 204 pounds), but I have no problem going out with one who's toned and lean, and whom I can bench press (and I can press quite a few of them)...
Cameltoe! Wait what?

Yeah we all prefer something but reality kicks in and gets us something else.

What the f*** is Kristen Stewart wearing?

Sorry.

Haven't clicked the link but I would guess at a frown.

Don't be sorry, that's an eminently valid question.

She appeared, besides wearing her version of a smile (effectively a frown with a slight twitch), to be wearing some rather old net curtains.

That would make a great first line to a book. ... In fact I may steal that.

Improve the writing quality...
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Maybe. I'm imagining it as some sort of noir, Dixon Hill/or TNG "The Royale" style story.

I think I'd rather read The Royale than Twilight.

I believe, upon a second look Teaos may be implying that stylistically it would read better,

"She appeared to be wearing some rather old net curtains, with her version of a smile (effectively a frown with a slight twitch)." Or something along those lines.
"All this has happened before --"

Yeah, internal dialog doesn't translate to written form 100% all the time...

In the link to the terribly yummy pic of Jessica Biel which Praeothmin provided, scrolling down revealed a thumbnail of Kristen Stewart wearing what could best be described as the burial outfit of a homeless 13-year-old goth wannabe. I don't think the thumbnail is there any longer.
