Just in time for the local Beerfest. Beer at first did a number on my stomach though.

Hmm, I thought most doctors recommended large quantities of beer for an upset stomach.McAvoy wrote:Just in time for the local Beerfest. Beer at first did a number on my stomach though.

I do have a harder time sleeping with beer in my belly than with alcohol.

The Beerfest was a long time plan that I bought a ticket through Groupon and went with my cousins.
I found the cider to make my stomach feel better. Also saltless (the horror) pretzels made it settle down too.
Funny thing is that I watched a comedian last night who said that sitting on the toilet backwards might not be a bad idea. You get something to put your head down on. I have to try it. Would have been useful last week. Bring a pillow and all.

Well, my mother goes back to work Monday. She's actually pretty anxious to go.

4 days off in Seattle, I think I will sleep.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Mailed the lease renewal and check in May. Last week i noticed the check hadn't cleared so today I called my landlord. They got the check last ,saturday. I guess the PO is really using snails.

The U.S. takes the FWWC in a record-setting 5-2 victory over Japan and becomes the first three-time victor in FWWC history... and does so in large part on the back of New Jersey native and Rutgers University alumna Carli Lloyd, who scored both goals in the semi and three in 15 minutes tonight - including a goal scored from MID-FRIGGING-FIELD.

That was a great game. The women really laid it on and played that game out well.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
The officiating was better than it had been all tournament, and what impressed me wasn't the score from midfield as much as the completeness of the U.S. teams set pieces. The other four goals were scored because the U.S. had someone crashing the goal to get to the crossing pass consistently.Lt. Staplic wrote:That was a great game. My great aunt Martha died today. She was 91. My grandmother is last is last of her generation. She will be 93 next month. Grandpa is 97 and he has outlived his brothers for a long time now.
Also next month is their 73rd wedding anniversary.
