Ones I've spotted :

Nozzle is made up of the Sandman gun from Logan's Run, the Space 1999 laser, and the Forbidden Planet blaster pistol.
Behind that, the M-41A from Aliens.
Big pistol behind that - the gun from Alien Nation, I think.
Behind that, Deckard's police gun from Blade Runner.
Same level as Deckard's gun but a couple back is the Noisy Cricket from Men in Black.
TOS Phaser Type 2 behind that.
Two below the cricket, the large one is from District 9 I think.
Below and to the right of that is a Babylon 5 PPG.
Below that, I think is Crichton's pistol from Farscape.
Below that, Judge Dredd's gun from the Stallone movie.
Below the District 9 gun on the left is the laser pistol from The Black Hole
To the right of that, I think, is the pistol from the new Battlestar Galactica series.
Bottom left is the ZF-1 from The Fifth Element
At the top is teh Ja'far blaster staff.
The one below that and to the left is the laser pistol from the V miniseries.
I think the top left one is Robocop's gun.

That leaves 4 I don't recognise.

The one behind and to the left of the Ja'far stick is driving me crazy... I'm sure I know it, but damned if I can quite get it to come to mind. I have half a thought it might be from a comic book...?

AHA! The one right under the Ja'far stick is the Ghostbusters proton pack emitter. I didn't recognise it without the actual pack attached!

I didn't go through your whole list - you seem pretty right on for the most part - but I believe the big revolver behind the Aliens pulse rifle is the ginormous revolver from Hellboy.

Ha, that could very well be correct.

Aha, the one behind Deckard's pistol is a TEC-9, from Big Trouble in Little China.

Yes, inasmuch as that was itself a barely-modified broomhandle Mauser.

Also, the rifle near the rear of the barrel with the exposed cartridges standing upright in the stock is Vera, Jayne Cobb's most treasured possession/friend in Firefly.
"Jayne: Six men came to kill me one time. And the best of 'em carried this. It's a Callahan full-bore auto-lock. Customized trigger, double cartridge thorough gauge. It is my very favorite gun.
[he holds the gun out to Mal]
Mal: [exclaims in Chinese] You offering me a trade?
Jayne: A trade? Hell, it's theft. This the best gun made by man. It has *extreme* sentimental value. It's miles more worthy 'n what you got!
Mal: What I got? She has a name.
Jayne: So does this. I call it Vera.
Mal: Well, my days of not takin' ya seriously are certainly comin' to a middle."

(After encasing the rifle in a spacesuit so it could fire out of an airlock) "Jayne: [to his gun] See Vera? Dress yourself up, you get taken out somewhere fun."

It's the only one in there that is an actual real gun, which makes it a little unfair because I have seen it is a lot of movies.

Less 'cheating' and more 'acknowledging deficiencies in knowledge'.

Right before they seriously damaged the mummy when they tried to take the mask off. Offhand I don't know if they were the ones responsible for cutting the mummy in half either.
